We didn’t make the usual run through the drive through after work for our Friday night supper last night for the second week in a row cause we had this sammich in mind. I have Rick T to thank for having a sammich on my mind, after looking at his breakfast one on a muffin. The jalapeno bagels came from Einstien Bros in Atlanta and we had the smokey BLSL breasticles left over from last night. The wifes mother use to serve the rather large brud of youngins a pork n bean salad and we have it quite often since it’s so easy being made up of just pork n beans, boiled egg, chopped onion, pickle relish, and mayo. We used chipotle cheddar dressing instead of mayo and I put too much in there which was fine by me. I got some more of them great bagels and as soon as I get me some fattys smoked I’m gonna try Rick egg in muffin pan sammy.
