No different then going to a Ford site and asking them what they think. It's a forum that has a lot of people talking to each other,of course there will be bias. That forum does offer a lot of good information and for most of them it is the only cooker they have every used and they are proud of it and should be. Heck they are in one way or another a member of the BBQ world now. While some issues arose, some of the people who brought those issues were instigators too. What I find is people who regret the egg or don't like it don't fully know how to cook on it. Not saying that is your case but I have talked to two people who won one and sold it because they hated it. They weren't patient enough to figure it out.
