I too have several ceramic cookers...and have used Weber products in one sort or another for years.

Candy...(Please, with no disrespecct ment to you) I cannot see how anyone might find a ceramic cooker requiring more tending than a WSM...on any long cook.

Have you recently aquired your ceramics?
