I see there is a new company starting up called Kamadojoe. I also see that the made in USA folks are already bashing it because it is made in China. Made in Usa is the only company I see overspraying the paint into the interior and I realize it will not affect the cooking but it is sloppy workmanship.
There are currently 4 established companies that build ceramic cookers and provide very good customer service. KomodoKamado, GrillDome, Primo and BGE. I am sure the established companies will continue to do business based on their reputations and products. Some people will probably want to wait and see the company become more established and how the product performs and also how the product is supported before buying a Kamadojoe.
Kamadojoe seems to be genuine about building a quality product and if the company builds a quality product and treats the customers right when it comes to service I have no problem with where it is made. I wish them luck, competition is a good thing.
