So,

I figured I would go with an off brand for my first ceramic cooker. I started with looking at a BGE as most people do and then came across several other brands. After some research I decided to go with Kamado Joe.

Let me tell you first hand - this product is worthless. I cracked my firebox an ring on my second cook and I never went over 450 degrees! Needless to say, I returned the product next day.

Save yourself the hassle, pick another brand.
