Way back in the 1970's we had a Komodo smoker. Even after I moved to an apartment and had to give it up I used the cookbook that came with it, a very small, white, spiral bound instruction manual/cookbook. My favorite was for a marinade that I used all the time. In my last move the cookbook disappeared. I've been looking all over for the recipe and I'm hoping someone here might have it.
I remember that some of the ingredients were white wine, soy sauce, ginger powder, mustard powder and I think garlic powder.
Does anyone by any chance have the recipe?
