Bought a Primo for an xmas gift - the grill arrived late, instructions referenced parts that weren't in the package, the edges of the stainless steel shelves and metal vent on the bbq were sharp enough to cut open your fingers. We spent a month trying to get our order straightened out and suffered through a vendor that didnt' return calls and Primo representatives who were less then helpful - and who ultimately stopped responding to us after saying they would.
i'm sorry to say my Primo experience has been a bad one.
Makes me wonder why a bought a primo.
